1. Get the model number, serial number, and symptoms of failing equipment.

2. If the equipment is not covered on a maintenance contract, a Purchase Order #, VISA, or MASTERCARD will be needed at the time of call.

3. Call (800)824-8418. Your call will be forwarded to an answering service. Leave a your name and phone number, and a brief detail of the problem. The On-Call Field Support Engineer will contact you for additional information.
